Q: Are reservations necessary?
A: We highly recommend making reservations in advance, but feel free to call or walk-in as we may have an opening or cancellation.
Q: Face mask policy?
A: Face masks are optional at this time.
Q: Can I bring my friends and/or family with me to my appointment?
A: We kindly ask not to bring any extra guests with you unless you are under 18 with a parent/guardian, as space is limited.
Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, cash, Apple Pay and Salon Mixx gift certificates.
Cash tips only, please.
We have an ATM located in the back of the salon.
Q: Are deposits required?
A: We kindly ask for a deposit in person or over the phone for all new clients. As well as all appointments 3+ hours long to protect the valuable time of our team, making sure that our spaces are reserved for serious parties only. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for deposit to be returned.
Q: Can I get a quote over the phone for hair extensions, color correction, perms etc.?
A: Due to the various needs associated with individual hair care needs, we're not able to quote a specific price for certain services over the phone. However, we do offer complimentary consultations and we can give you many options for pricing.
Q: Do you offer gift certificates?
A: Yes! Salon treatments are the perfect gift. Gift certificates are sold in person at the salon. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.
Q: What is the re-do policy?
A: We understand from time to time a customer may want an adjustment on their service. We happily bring back our guests to correct our services within 7 days of their visit. It is always encouraged that unhappy guest return to their original stylist. At Salon Mixx, we 100% guarantee our work, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
