Q: Are reservations necessary?
A: We recommend making reservations in advance, but feel free to call or walk-in on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation.

Q: Do you offer gift certificates?
A: We do! Salon treatments are the perfect gift. Gift certificates are sold in person at the salon.

Q: What if I have lost my gift certificate?
A: Your certificate is considered the same as cash. It's necessary to keep track of this valuable property.

   Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, cash, Apple Pay and Salon Mixx gift certificates. We always request cash tips where possible and greatly appreciate.

  Q: Do I have to leave a deposit?
A: We do kindly ask for a deposit in person or over the phone of $25 for all services over two hours to protect the valuable time of our team, making sure that our spaces are reserved for serious parties only. When a customers’ credit card is charged, we only have the last four digits of the card number on file.

Q: What is the re-do policy?
A: We understand from time to time a customer may want an adjustment on their service. We happily bring back our guests to correct our services within 7 days of their visit. It is always encouraged that unhappy guest return to their original stylist. If for some reason someone is not comfortable working with their original stylist, we will re-book them for a re-do with another stylist. At Salon Mixx, we 100% guarantee our work, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
