Q: Are reservations necessary?
A: We recommend making reservations in advance, but feel free to call or walk-in on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation. Face masks are required!

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, cash, Apple Pay and Salon Mixx gift certificates. 
Cash tips only, please. We have an ATM located in the back of the salon.

Q: Do you offer gift certificates?
A: We do! Salon treatments are the perfect gift. Gift certificates are sold in person at the salon. Gift certificates do not include gratuities.

Q: What if I have lost my gift certificate?
A: Your certificate is considered the same as cash. It's necessary to keep track of this valuable property.

Q: Do I have to leave a deposit?
A: We do kindly ask for a deposit in person or over the phone for all new clients. As well as all appointments 3+ hours  long to protect the valuable time of our team, making sure that our spaces are reserved for serious parties only. 

Q: Can I get a quote over the phone for hair extensions, color correction, perms etc.?
A: Due to the various needs associated with individual hair care needs, we're not able to quote a specific price for certain services over the phone. However, we do offer complimentary consultations and we can give you many options for pricing.  

Q: What is the re-do policy?
A: We understand from time to time a customer may want an adjustment on their service. We happily bring back our guests to correct our services within 7 days of their visit. It is always encouraged that unhappy guest return to their original stylist. At Salon Mixx, we 100% guarantee our work, don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly.
